Burnin' Down a Titan...the next 6 weeks

Very interested to hear how you make out with the evomuse stuff, I've only used supernova so far. Planning to start gut health and strafe in about 3 weeks.
 
Wuddup guys!! Gonna make this quick cause I have GOT to get some sleep. Trained fasted this morning with Radiate as my PWO and decided to hit chest. MEW PR ALERT!! Hope you guys count it as I used a Slingshot in order to hold my shoulder girdle in place. Workout was as follows.

BB BENCH PRESS

NEW PR using slingshot 345x4!!

USING A 45,2-10's and 4-5's started the "MILE"
Set of 2, stip one set of 5s, set of 4, strip one set of 5s, set of 8, and continue on, one plate off and double the reps. I did the 64 of 135...but I was done..no way to get the 128 of just the bar. Im a slacker

Also just for Studhorse.

Thank you brother! Today was the first day in a while I left the gym feeling like I really accomplished something. Im hoping the abs will be out more within 2 months.

Damn dude that's low, what's your weight and bf? How long you going to try and hold the cals that low?

No tux...they asked me to wear my Dress Uniform instead, but next month, like the 22nd or 23rd. Im going to keep them low, between the above and 18-1900 for as long as I can!

Water and glycogen... I'm carb cycling and not in a huge deficit by any means so hopefully I won't lose too much LBM.

Naa, I doubt it. But Ive still got enough fat to burn that itll Be a while before it starts eating any mass.

Woke up at 0530 this morning, shotgunned my Radiate and cleaned the station for about 20 minutes..then knocked out 30 minutes on the elliptical. H3ll of a good sweat this morning, and then to top it off, dropped a nice cup of coffee afterwards. Ive got some studying to do when I get home, but after a nap Ill hit the treadmill and some abs before I go to EMS tonight. Adding these pictures because well, to be honest Im pretty proud of where Im at this morning. The first is a side shot from May of last year, and then this morning. Diet was on point today! Decided to do my second cardio session before I paid down, so running the 2 so close together was a little rough. But I ran/walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill. Heres the macros for the day with a grand total of 1,652 calories!!
