Burnin' Down a Titan...the next 6 weeks

Brutal back day and was able to get some decent deadlifts in. No higher than 315 but wore basketball shows and it seemed to help the knees . Gotta hit the bed in about an hour for night shift but new nood guys!! Starting to feel like Im showing signs of where I want to be!

Got a few minutes so I figured Id post this mornings workout. Started 30 minutes after drinking my Radiate and was ready to roll! Tried something new today and lifted with sweatpants , t shirt, hoodie, slimming belt and SuperNova all over my abdomen. Sweats like a mofo!!

After a 2.5 hour nap I got up and walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill. Would have ran but the knee was a little tender and to be honest the amount of deadlifts I did made my @ss feel like I was hit by a tractor.

BREAKFAST-1scoop of Monster Muscle with 8oz Vanilla Unsweetened Almond milk

LUNCH- Same shake plus 2 tbsp of PB2

SUPPER-1 cup of quinoa with roasted tomatoes and spinach and 1.39lbs of Sirloin steak cooked in Coconut oil.

I've been having an emotional day. I was putting on my shoes to go to work and saw one of those stray dogs commercials for the SPCA. Spent the next 30 minutes crying.

If any of you run on the road...please PLEASE be careful. Last call this morning 10 minutes before getting off from the fire department was an 18 year old girl from the college who was out jogging and went across a ridiculously busy 4 lane highway without ever looking. Had to land the helicopter for her and its not looking to good. Just be careful guys.

NOW...I was tired when I got to the gym but had leg day 1 day late. Didnt get too much done between the fatigue that was already set in and the knees a bit sore already.

Bro that Radiate is some good stuff. I take it an hour before I leave from work and I got sweat running down my back from just sitting in the car for 40min. And it's been cool hear.
I take it before lunch on off days and I set in my office and sweat.

Wasnt too light, but not what I would have wanted it to be.

I'm a fan of high rep leg press after some heavy squats. Burns like a mofo?
 
Thanks to wesb2387 Im making an edit to my leg lifts! I forgot to add my leg press which was just after my squats (counting 45lb plates only)

One set of 20 squats. Once a week. Must add weight every week. Must finish all 20 every time.
Same with dedz. But for 15. Same day.

Nothing else for legs.

Years ago i started with 135x20. Worked up steadily to 405x20. Switched programs then to a powerlifting program. But the squats had beastefied me by then.

Sounds doable! How much weight are you adding every week? 10? 20? I do like the sound of it and think Ill give it a shot starting this week. Once a week has to be better on my knees anyway

Just enough to be able to make your 20. At the beginning it might be 10-20lbs. Later it might be 1-2lbs.

After doing some research...Ive decided to try the GVT 10x10 thanks to br1ck_Sh1thouse
Going to do some more reading and out something together, hopefully Ill start it Monday morning....if not a little sooner.
