I honestly am liking it. I've had problems with my digestive system since a child, as does my son. It sucks but the product is helping and I will continue to use it. I am very happy with the product, so much so another product has count my eye.

Nice workout Matt. I used to do pec deck flys all the time, until i used the seated cable fly machine (kind of looks like a bowflex machine). The pumps i get from it I haven't went back to the deck since. The deck feels a lil too robotic in movement and with the cable I can vary angles and contract all the way. At least it feels better for me, everyone has different leverages body types etc.

Thank you! I've been trying to kill it!! Man I've been doing free weights into cables, back in free or a super or tri-set of both. Along with drop sets, and low rest time.
