I did upper body today. I can totally tell that my cycle is kicking in. I felt amazing in the gym and had an amazing muscles and mind connection

Great work Matt. yummy sandwiches bud makes me one or two. I've been trying up my calories also, but finding it a double edged sword in aspect to water weight. Eating alot of clean food is tough. Need some more music suggestions bro, been rockin the Five Finger Death Punch " never heard about them before damn good. Kind of reminds me a lil of Avenged Sevenfold..... On a funny side note So I'm at the gym reppin out 3 1/2 plates on squats feeling good. Then all of a sudden this chick comes up and starts talking to me, normally not issue. LOL I've never been dwarfed by a chick I wanted to get out of there fast. But she was cool considering i was talking to the female version of the Ultimate Warrior RIP. She tells me to up calories and then I seen your upping your also. So I'm a lil confused if I should keep trying to loose some BF or do a lil bulk. I'm at 185 from 254. The frustrating part is the remaining midsection and tiny muffin top will not go away, lean and vasky everywhere but those points. It would be nice to get rid of that last little bit then add a few calories. I think that if I bulk ill never get rid of the stubborn parts and just be accentuating them.

I can relate to this bro. Very similar stats and history. Was heavy for most of my young life, all the way up to 245 in a bad way before I started working out. Began exercising and dropped down to 180 and stayed around there for several years. Lean and vascular and always trying to finish off that last bit of love handles and loose skin around lower abdomen. The only cure I have found to appearing proportional is adding size up top. I'm not as lean right now as I'd like to be either, but proportionately I look better being wider in the shoulders and lats. Which the Catch-22 is having to up calories to build that size.
Going to actually try a cut for the first time in a while this Spring and see if I'm finally able to get rid of that pooch and love handles with the aid of the newly formed mass.
3 X two scoops of protein goodness?? CC PES is yummy and I'm cracking one of my ProSupps tubs today to change things up a bit.
Sorry for the inactivity. I've been taking the past couple days off as rest days. Tomorrow morning the family and I are going to see one of my buddies that I hadn't seen in four or five years. He's a nutritionist and a personal trainer so he's going to help me get a few things on point with my diet. I love road trips even if it's only a few hours away. Man I have everything ready to go!
Had a bad as@ workout! I loved the 3 1/2 hour drive. Me and my buddy did chest and back. I hit 315 on a bench smith machine!!! It was great to see my buddy and workout with him, tomorrow we will hit legs

Yah bud everything is really working out nicely. I'm sure liking the Evomuse products....just waiting till BMP and Brite is back in stockthen placing another order. I'm thinking of starting a log but not too sure. I'm down to 183 now, but strength is still good. Still trying to find a few other FFDP albums online to through on my iphone I have the last 2 they did. I'm still surprised I never heard of them before.
