Smith machine chest press super setted with pec deck

Just a build up of a breakup. Found out quite a bit of information. Idk man it'll be better this way, I'll miss it I really will. But you can literally only take so much.

So now I'm going to focus on my son, my job and lifting.

Sounds like an excellent plan. All we can do sometimes is just keep on trying to move forward. Keep your head up brother, things can only get better from here.

Its a new year and a new day. So like I said time for work, today is a rest day from the gym. But I'll probably do core, hot tub and sauna.

Well had an interesting morning. Did a back and shoulder workout. I didn't log it as it was a very angry workout and the anger kept coming throughout the workout, literally. Damn good workout though. Wish I had a scribe to log my workouts for me

HELL YAH, looking forward to your progress bud. I've been rocking some Lamb of God and Sepultura lately. Are you going to do progress pics? I've been doing once a month weight/measurements/pics but I'm thinking about making it every 2 weeks too make it a lil stricter to avoid any cheats knowing i've got pic's in a few days......

Solid....More or less what im taking currently also in pic that is. What flavour is the ProSupps, I really enjoy that protein as its very thin and a nice change of pace. Blasted back today with the encouragement of Austrian Death Machine love'em. If you haven't heard them check it out.

Right on bud!! Stair climbers are no joke, ****ing stairway to hell. I try and do this twice a month after legs for as long as I can..... Always make it home just in time before I go full Exorcist in the sink lol. Wife never fails to laugh. Have you busted into the Prosupps protein??
