Thanks for asking man! It's getting better, it's still a little sore and annoying at times. But my body is loving this time off. It's giving me time to plan my next cycle and get some stuff in the works!

Today was my week off, so I hit the gym. Felt really good today. Went a little lighter than normal but worked for a 4 second negative on each rep.

Smart workout. Hopefully you will be healed up soon and ready to go full force! The last thing you want to do is keep aggravating that injury, that's how they turn into long term problems.

Today is a rest day. The past 2 weeks at work has been moving all our products from one to to another. Then doing inventory. Pretty much I've been busting it trying to get this stuff done. I've been working on keeping my core and muscles tight when I'm having to carry the pails. Next is paint, 5000 units of the gallons..

Oh yeah that's just going to add to a better mental state and family life, then eating more as well will all help in the gym. Man this next year is going to be a journey. Thanks bro, I've been trying to eat everything I can so my stomach doesn't shrink back from before my cycle. This Ghar1ne should help aid in my quest for gains

I have a feeling it's going to work just as well for you too! I'm working on getting all my essentials stocked up too, I've got 2 tubs of vitality on the way and I'll be getting the new Tr1umph when it comes out as well, probably 2 of those too.
Also just got a ton of vitamins and various staples from Puritan's Pride, a ridiculous amount of B1G2 free for so many good things. Barely spent any money.
 
OL epic unleashed, fish oil, vitamins, OL vitality. That's what I'm at right now. Also gharine and soon to be dermacrine. And the party is only starting ?

That's the way to do it. Lately been having to really make a conscious effort to eat a sufficient amount of calories. But I need a LOT of calories to grow so I guess I'm not surprised.
I'm sure you do too, you look like you have a pretty efficient metabolism.
