Bulletproof diet?

Dr Hyman has a similar plan out to treat thyroid conditions..you can always try it. I think eliminating toxins is always beneficial: )..but I don't know what your goals are.

Unsure about the diet as a whole, only because I haven't researched it entirely and don't know all the principles and science behind it. I have started using single origin coffee and making bulletproof coffee's, which are bloody good. Double Shot of espresso, coconut oil and grass fed butter. If you add in a scoop of whey protein here it becomes what Mike Dolce calls Invincible Coffee, which I have before early morning training sessions. Fills you up a bit, provides you with some good quality caffeine and good quality healthy fats from the coconut oil and grass fed butter. Helps me push through harder sessions compared to an empty stomach.

Dave Asprey is a great salesman, but his "diet" is complete, unscientific crap.
