I've found the best way to gain quality weight is this method:
Follow a diet of 6, clean and nutrient dense meals per day that will provide you with your maintenance calorie count. (be sure your getting at least 1.5 grams protein per lb of body weight) IN ADDITION TO this, eat the following, every night before bed:
A Natural Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich (2.5 Tablespoons NATURAL PB, 1/2 sliced banana, 2 slices whole grain bread)
Assuming your training is in order, this should yield very good results for MOST people looking for more of a clean bulk. I've used it on many past clients with excellent results. Look to gain 1-2 lbs per week...and remember, it only works if the rest of your diet and training are in order.
