]Currently 190 lbs. 5”10. Will be running 8 weeks of 1 andro/4/epi at 330 mg.

Calories 3500 -3800 per day.

Im curious on what type of training would be more efficient for mass.

Push/pull/ legs

5x5

Standard hyp 8-10 reps with a designated body part each day.

Any advice is welcome and appreciated trying to put on his much mass as possible during cycle
 
In my opinion just train till your nose bleeds, up your volume, focus on stretch and contraction. On cycle il do 20-25 sets 10-15 reps each per body part. I personally never seen any mass gain from 5x5’s compared to hypertrophy high volume pump chasing style of workouts, my 2cents
 
Are you running epistane or epi andro?
