Bulking routine

Ive used several different routines over the years, usually switching it up every 8 weeks. Im currently using:

day 1: Shoulders/arms
day 2: legs
day 3: off
day 4: chest
day 5: Back w/DL
day 6: off
day 7: off

anybody have any good routine ideas? im half out of different ideas, and half just lazy. I really need to mainly change the days I do different body parts, not so much the excersizes during those individual days.

grazie:booty:

I am currently bulking and this is what my split looks like.

Mon: Chest/Tris
Tues: legs/calves/abs
Wed: Rest light cardio
Thur: Back/Bi's/Abs
Friday: Shoulders/Traps/Calves

Sat & Sun: Off Light Cardio

War machine's looks great, also a low rep high weight push/pull routine worked wonders for me.

this is what i do

mon chest/ tris
tues back bis
wed off
thurs legs
fri shoulders/traps
sat and sun off

this gives my smaller muscles alot of rest (arms, traps). i always switch up the machines i do (DB vs BB). this has worked for me. also, i like to (once in a while) take out shoulder day, have friday off and saturday do a small 5x5 workout for a few weeks to get my strength up. ive never really liked HST or push pull stuff. i dont feel alot of work on my arms and isolation stuff where i really grow from. like chest, i LOVE flys. this gets my chest to grow cause when i do them, i get sore. when i dont, i kinda get sore. but if HST or push pull works for you then more power to ya (i know HST is not push pull. i was saying either or) :D

I go with the..

Day 1: Legs & Abs
Day 2: Chest & Tris
Day 3: Legs & Abs
Day 4: Bis & Back & Shoulders
Day 5 Legs & Abs

I do it by days, not a set day routine (monday do this, tuesday do that..ect.) because I can throw in off days where ever when i cant get to the gym. Also, I focus on legs more because A: most people dont realize that legs are essential to building the upper body, no training in the lower body = no gains in the upper body. And B: since you use your legs everyday such as walking, they repair faster resulting in the ability to work them out more frequently. Also your legs provide an immense output of testosteron which results in a good pump during work outs.
Keep in mind to switch up your workout every month or two due to muscle memory. Plus, EAT EAT EAT!
