Bulking EGG-VOCADO Breakfast
Alright so my buddy's gf posted this on my facebook and I tried it. AMAZING and extremely easy. Very good if you're trying to up you healthy fats to power through the day.
All you need is a ripe avocado, 2 eggs, and 2 slices of cheese.
Preheat oven to 350-400Just simply cut the avocado in half (long-ways) and take out the core. (leave skin on) put the two halves face side up on some tin foil, crack and put one egg in each of the face side up holes where the core used to be (with or without yolk). add a slice of cheese on top of each (I used pepper jack)
Bake between 15-20min... still narrowing this part down.. so just watch it..
when they finish, they should fall right out of the skin... ENJOY
