Thats the basic stuff I have. Along with Protein shakes and constantly having snacks with me I am able to eat all day long as soon as I feel like I can fit more food comfortably. So far I think it's going to work out pretty well as long as I stay on top of it. Going for 10lbs by 8/15 and ~25-30 by 12/15.
Went to the gym today for the first time in 3 days.... up 4.4lbs in 3 days of bulking. Pretty insane I hope I can keep it up. Honestly I'm full all day long. Did almost throw up today doing legs but I think that just has to do with weak cardio.
First day of working out on the new bulk and I'm only doing protein shakes on workout days. ~1300 calories 110 carbs 65g protein per shake and then casein at night before bed.
