ok i am 22 fluxuating between 190 and 195. i am currently taking kre alkalyn creatine 2 in the morning two before workout and drinking a protein shake after workout. i am really wanting to bulk up. there are so many supps i dont know what to take. does anyone have any advise. i dont want to put on much more fat either i am at about 12% and dont want to go any higher. i was thinking about taking mass fx but any advise would help. i really just want a serious boost i would like to put on a solid 10 lbs before the first of jan!
