Bulk with higher calories and then cut if you ask me.

Easier to put on muscle if you're really going above and beyond on calories and also it is easier to cut if you have more lean body mass on your body as you're burning more calories already. Not to mention it is going to be real hard to just "lean bulk" and gain the same amount of weight as you would on a "dirtier" (not talking about food quality here, talking about caloric intake).

Just my 2c.

it just depends on where you are as an athlete/bodybuilder and what YOU want as far as strength, size, or whatever. At 6'1, 195, im guessing your somwhere in the middle as far as bodyfat, sounds like a RECOMP would be perfect for you, IMO. Either way, good luck man.

What do you mean by a RECOMP. I am 6'1 195 as well. Have some chest hip and lower belly fat I could afford to lose but I aint fat or thing

If you want to spend less time cutting in the long run id say cut then lean bulk. It equals more time gaining muscle than just trying to maintain it in a cut. Just my .02

hahaha i like the sound of that rayman. as much as i am dying to bulk, i think your right 'turnitup122'...**** haha

I wouldnt be able to do that myself, I personally don't enjoy getting fat. Wish I had lean genes..
