Hey anyone,

What is the difference between these two items at NutraPlanet. Are they the same and which is the better of the two?
 
Powerfull is more of an overall Test GH booster, that aids in recovery. And 1-carboxy is more of an extract that aids in making your sleep more effective by getting you into REM sleep quicker. Both products are great and you can't go wrong with the stack.
