Bulk Powerfull and Bulk Cissus Dosing Question

What is the recommended dosing schedule for bulk powerfull and bulk cissus when combined? For cissus, I had been taking roughly 3 teaspoons a day a little while back (which, I believe, is probably a lot).

I'm curious to see what the combo will do (perhaps with Androstenetrione and Nettle Root thrown in).

Anyone?
