bulk or cut

hello everyone,
i've been on a mini cut for the past few weeks with the goal of getting to a lower body fat before hopping on test. i don't have a precise measure of my body fat, but i'm lean enough to have visible abs, veins on my shoulders + chest, and veins on my quads. someone told me that, once i hop on, i should cut down to 10% body fat on a normal cut and then bulk up. i've also been told to just begin eating at maintenance once i hop on for a week, before transitioning to a bulk. what are your guy's thoughts?
by the way, my dosage will be 250mg per week, administered three times per week.

I’d probably focus on getting your body-fat estimate and diet/training dialed in first. Whether you bulk or cut really depends on your current condition and goals. I’d also be cautious about making decisions around compounds or dosing based on forum advice alone definitely worth discussing that part with a qualified medical professional.

This is good advice. Start with deciding what physic you want to have. Then what way you want to train. Using compounds should be the last thing you use to decide which way to go.
