Bulk or cut?

My bulk and cut routines gave always been backwards (I cut during the winter and bulk during summer) but I am about the same size in the middle of a cut. I always wanna get leaner for a more controlled bulk cycle.
 
Almost sounds like a loooong recomp is what you're after.
 
Someone should ask your goals.
Timeframe, target BF% ?

And if no clear goal is set, look in the mirror and ask yourself what you want.

I think you can cut or lean bulk and be happy with where you will be
 
You are perfectly on the mid way point (BF% wise) between bulking and cutting. If I were you, I would definitely LEAN bulk because it's winter time. No one wants to be cutting and have to worry about Christmas/Holiday dinners and dinner parties IMO. Throw in some Anabeta Elite and gain some size to show off for the summer.

I just got done cutting because I like to stay lean until the holidays so that I can lean bulk through winter and be super carb sensitive around all of the food so that I can pack on some lean lbs! But in the end just do what you want more!
 
keep eating. life heavier, lower the reps. keep eating. lift in a 4-6 range balls to the wall! add more weight.
