Been looking at erase and erase pro aswell not sure if that will help

Right now you are just an average skinny fat guy. You need to not worry about bulking or cutting or any supplements and find a good strength program and a clean diet that is higher in protein and fats. Do not buy into any of the "need to eat every 3 hours" crap. Find what works for you and get the macros in. Once you get a solid base, then you can start looking towards a direction.

Agreed with, Kisaj. Just train. Get strong, gain some muscle, and eat right and results will follow. It's too early to major in the minors. Simple.

What he said. Anyways good luck, after awhile you'll start to love it.

if you even ask that question, then you should bulk. by looking at that pic, you should bulk. cutting with what you have would turn you from a skinny fat guy to an super skinny guy that looks like you need to be fed.

This is spot on, just start hitting the gym hard and eating right. Your a long ways from being concerned about bulking or cutting.

Ignore the idea of cutting or bulking for a while.....spend some time learning to eat right and train correctly before you decide to cut or bulk
