Background
Gym On/Off last 4years. Last December was 78kg abit muscular but likely over 25% bodyfat
Been cutting last 5months, used some combination of keto, 2wk yohimbine cycle.
I did keto stupidly wrong and lost all my muscle, so now I do a carbup over the weekend which has helped abit
Trained for a halfmarathon for charity, and now in religious month of fasting (Ramadan)
Now (June)
Weight 68.5kg
Bodyfat -not sure, photos below
Diet: Keto with carbup on weekends, Cycle between 1800-2300 calories,
Training: 4days a week
v.low intensity 1hr-1hr20mins.
3-4sets / 5reps based around
Paused Squats or Low Rack Squats
Deficit Deadlifts
Pin Bench Press, Pin Overhead Press
Pendley Rows, Pullups
** I'm currently in a religious month of fasting (Ramadan), so No water through the day, less food and less training intensity
QUESTION
I've been cutting for awhile, have done so incorrectly but made some progress. my fasting month is about to end and its start of summer.
From my photos below what bodyfat do you think I am? Should I start a lean bulk or continue cutting?
I feel so small now, lost 10kgs from last year and now a small Tee is baggy on me whereas I use to fill a medium Tee nicely with a strong look
I got beach holidays, weddings n etc. and would like to look a big but am I too fat still to start bulking
My overall future goals is to look huge, strong, muscular and a little cut.
