Bulk or Cut - Opinions welcome

Hi Guys,

I've been here a while, put my $0.02 in every now and then - could use your opinions.

So the impedance machine says 13.5%bf.

I am 160lb.

My 1 rep maxes are: (I am in UK so all my weights are Kg)

Bench 92.5Kg (200lb ish)
Squat 117.5Kg (260lb ish)
Deadlift 170Kg (375lb ish)

Now I used to be a fat guy, so I'm a bit concious about holding too much body fat, but I worry that is going to stand in the way of me building mass (mentally/psychologically) - so I put a couple of pics up to get some other people's opinions.

Question is - Should I cut to about 10%bf, or should I just work on getting bigger for the time being?

Thanks all :)

I would also say bulk.
I would also like to say congratulations on losing all the fat. I have been there and understand the paranoia of it returning. Just keep the training intense and constant.

definitely go with a bulk. You'll have a much easier time showing off your muscles when there's more reveal. Congrats on the fats loss as well! Take your time building up. Good Luck!

This^^^^ plus make sure when u bulk, the calories are clean. So when u do put on weight, its good weight and not the fat you've been afraid to put back on.

Thanks guys :)

OK so a clean bulk.

Chicken breast, lean steak, eggs, whey shakes, cottage cheese, tuna, brown rice, wholewheat pasta, sweet potato, oats, green veg, nuts and seeds, olive oil, avocado, yoghurt.

All good right?

Shoot for about 2750cals/day? and see where I go from there?

All thee above sound good. Except me personally, I'm not too crazy about dairy products, especially when trying to eat clean. Ur multi will help u as far as Calcium.. Good luck!
