I have forearm tendonnitus and was thinking of trying nutra bulk cissus by usp labs. what dose should I take and how many times a day to help heal this nagging problem?

I would take 1 gram 3x a day. You can up the dose some the first few weeks to intensify healing effects but that has never been necessary for me.
