If I was to get some Bulk ATD( 2 grams), could I make an oral suspension or solution using this equation?
2000/25=80
80ml=2000/1ml=25mg
.75ml/gram
80-1.5=78.50

The same applys for bulk 7 hydroxy dhea, if I had 3 grams how would I go about making 50 mg servings?
7OH- 3000/50=60
60ml=3000/1ml=50
.75ml/gram
60-2.25=57.75ml

How do you reccomend I use Bio-EnhancedTM Na-RALA Powder, to get 250 grams of K-R-ALA?

Does anyone know how bulk TTA or Nettle Root Extract(assuming horrid) tastes?

Are any of these products Water Soluble?(besides the narala)

Why not get a CAPmQUICK?

250mg K-R-ALA = 100mg R-ALA
170mg Na-R-ALA = 100mg R-ALA

Assuming you are looking for 100mg active per serving:
For $20, you get 88 servings of Na-R-ALA
For $20, you get 100 servings of K-R-ALA

Nettle Root, I would just cap, then when I get X caps, divide it by 30 and decide how much to take per day.


Here is what I would do about 7OH:
If you want 100 50mg servings, you need 5g of this stuff.

I dont think CNW provides measures, but, here is how I cap my stuff:
Say 1/4th teaspoon is 500mg 7oh. I believe 00 caps can hold 1/5 of a teaspoon, so each cap fills 400mg 7oh raw.
If you want 50mg per serving,
400/50 = you need 1/8th.

So take a tube or something that has measures, fill it up with all of 7oh and chart off where it leveled out.

Dump the 7oh into a container.

Now, fill up that tube upto to the charted area with whey protein or sugar, or whatever, 7 times. Basically, after that, you increased the volume of this stuff 8 times, making 1/8th of 7oh. Now, mix mix mix, and cap it. You should get about 50mg per cap this way.

Eh, its not that bad, better then drinking that poop every day.
Nettle root needs to be taken ever ~4 hours, so it going to be a pain in the ass to measure out 1/4th teaspoon, drink it, and so on.
 
Nettle root isn't bad.
I've had worse.

I think it's best taken pre-WO.
(I've taken quite a bit of it....)

No clue if anything but Nettle and Na-RALA are soluble...
