bulk cissus method of taking + dosage

So I bought 100g of NP's bulk cissus just to try out. I figure it could last 2 months if I take about 1.6g a day. I take it by simply filling a 1/4tsp a little too full as 1/4 tsp = 700mg and then dumping it into maybe 3 ounces of water. I stir it for maybe 5 seconds and then drink the water down in one gulp. I do this about about 8am when I have my morning shake. And then again at 8pm roughly 1 hour after my evening meal.


1. Is this a good dosage to help heal a slightly ailing shoulder?
2. Is this method an OK way of taking it? Or is there another preferred method? (Note: I don't have a capping kit yet).

If you can drink it bulk with water, then more power to you. I had a range of flavour with bulk cissus. None of them were good, but some of them were completely intolerable, to the point where I had to cap it (and I fancy myself a pretty stalwart endurer of bad tasting supplememnts).

I would be trying to hit 1000mg or more per dose. I always over shoot a bit with bulk stuff, just to be safe. Also, usually cissus is recommended on an empty stomach, so you might not want to take it with your shake, and maybe 30 minutes before your meal instead of after.

That's just my experience.
 
Thanks man. Reps for you :) - I'll try to play with the dosages and see what happens. It certainly doesn't taste good, but I"m already getting used to it. Like I used to think bulk BCAAs were the worst thing in the world. Sadly (or a good thing) I don't mind them so much anymore. Maybe I'm just killing my taste buds or somthing?
 
I mixed mine with a bit of peanut butter. YUCK. I need a capping kit BADLY. This stuff is horrific tasting. You my friend have a stomach of steel if you can mix with water and drink it. Props to you.
