Bulk Cissus Dosing

Having my labrum repaired next week. I bought some bulk cissus rx to try and help in the healing process. How would you guys recommend dosing?

I believe that the recommendation for injuries is 6 pills a day, 3 doses of 2 with food and that equates to 1.6 grams each dose in bulk. I noticed the most relief from 3 doses as opposed to 2 larger ones. When I do bulk powder I parachute it (1 ply of a tissue cut to size, weighed on my digital scale, cut off excess after twisting shut), Cissus will make you gag, trust me. There is an estimated dosage on the bottle I thought, but if not you need a scale. Powders need to be measured by weight not volume because they dehydrate and get lighter...
