Click to expand... thank you but i found my answer Na RALA powder dosage per tsp: There is 1.7 gm (@80% active) in a teaspoon of Na RALA, that is 1tsp is 1.7 g and 80% of that is 1.36 g. so ½ tsp is 680 mg and ¼ tsp is 340 mg, etc. Click to expand... 1/4 tsp in the morning and night should be good then 680 mg total a day is great
