Bulk 1-carboxy is clumpy

I just opened up my bulk 1-carboxy, which I bought about six months ago, and it was basically a brick...

anyone had this happen? any suggested remedies for breaking it up, besides a knife? maybe a coffee grinder?

any help is appreciated, thanks

Never had that happen with that product. Other USP products I have, but not this one. Try putting it in a glass bowl and crushing it like the old pharmacists used to do. Worked for me. Good luck.

A coffee grinder should help. The product's quality remains intact.

Coffee grinder should work fine. My 1-Carboxy is usually pretty clumpy. A little bit of grinding and all is good.
