Building Test-E cycle for spring

Hey guys, I'm planning/plotting/purchasing my first AAS cycle, which i intend to log on AM when i start. The current goal is to start in the Spring (25th birthday).

About me:

Ectomorph by genetics (graduated highschool at 120-125 lbs)
Currently weighing in at 151-153lbs after i cut from 165 in my avatar.
Ive been lifting for 3 years and maintain a 50/30/20 p/c/f macro split with the ocasdional 5 point variance.
I lift primatily for aesthetics now, 5 days per week. I work at a desk so the gym is my main form of exercise.

I want my first cycle to be "mild" and at low risk for sides, so I've elected to do a 12 week run of Test-E at 500mg a week, with 250mg x2 a week dosages.

My source sells 10ml vials of Test-E, with 250mg/ml... so my first question is, if i buy 3 vials i get 7500mg, 1500mg more than my planned 500mg/12 week would require... should i up my dosage weekly to run out at 12 weeks, extend it to 15 weeks, or just toss the remainder?

Keep it simple instead of trying to guess. Keep the excess for another cycle or whatever.
