Building explosiceness for wrestling/mma

I've been fighting for a little over 5 years started out boxing and went into mma at 17 1/2 just turned pro back In July.
I was just seeing if there was any other fighters
And how often you guys do strength and conditioning
And what you do for explosiveness
 
S&C is done in some capacity 3-4x/week. Power is built by using accommodating resistance (e.g. bands and chains), triple extension lifts, and plyos.
 
I don't fight, but one of my clients does, and his training encompasses everything rodja just mentioned.
