Building and Leaning...

I'm currently a few days into an Alpha-T2 and Erase Stack supplemented by Whey Protein and from next week, Creatine. I am aiming to lose excess bodyfat (abdomen and thighs) and then ultimately begin to build up my body to a modest physique.

I am considering on AndroLean or AndroHard however, would it be best to wait until the end of my current stack before doing so?

Also, is it necessary to take Liver Juice with the Andro product I choose?

Which product would you recommend? (I'm typically lifting around 86lbs, so am still on the baby-weights still!).

If you don't have a solid foundation regarding your and diet and training - you should NOT be considering any of the androseries IMO.

alpha t2 and erase is a great stack, but if you don't have a solid nutrition and training plan you're just wasting your time.

I do have a very disciplined nutrition plan and am building up my training... almost exponentially, to include more compound exercises each time. Unfortunately both can fall foul by daily occurrences such as work requiring me to work over lunch etc.
