buddy offered me primobolan, Could use a little advice.

Ok but what about fat loss? Something out there has got to be able to help. And I mean a lot. Without killing what little muacle I have up top... Any thing??? If I havr to go through one more summer like this ill start shooting anything I can get my hands on.

I hear you man it's tempting, but there are probably techniques / diets etc. you haven't tried. If you're old enough, and it helps you get to the gym, and it helps motivate you to get cut up and stuff, then do whatever you want it's ultimately your call. I'm sure injecting primo into you has gotta do something, and since it's a popular 'mild' AAS it'll have less sides most likely than others. If you have a girlfriend you need to keep happy, I've heard you need to include test as well.

Yea man ....stay off hormones until leaner and more built. train your ass off with intensity and use some thermegenics and you will get good results.

You just need to put in the work --- bottom line.

ECA all day bro. Ephedrine 25mg, Caffeine 200mg, baby aspirin 81mg, 2 to 3 times a day spread out evenly. U can get the ephedrine in Bronkaid, just go to like CVS or Walgreens and ask for it at the pharmacy, then u can get the caffeine pills and baby aspirin in the right isle. This will cost u like 30 bucks max.
 
Ok so im going to hold off getting supps... Final question if someone is willing to help.... Can someone calc my matinance calories, micro and macros? I read a thread explaining it.. Its a different language to me.... 25years old, 210lbs, 5'11. I work in an office 6am to 5pm. Lol

Approximate your base diet -- try it for 1- weeks then make tweaks depending on your response....

Homer, how long have you been working out? You look like you dont have any muscle base. The best way to go into a cycle is to have been hitting the gym as hard as you can peaking your muscles so when you start your body will react like a machine in the gym. Not trying to sound like a dick, but you look like me when I couldn't workout for a year because I broke both my arms in a motorcycle crash. My advice is to plan your cycle now, get all your support and pct on hand. hit the gym hard for at least 3 months before starting a cycle and you will explode. Good Luck!
 
Homer homer homer .. you have the body of a sixteen year old video game junkie with a really bad doritos and bean dip habit .. steroids aren't like spinach to Popeye ... it takes hard work and discipline to get the most out of them then to keep what they give you .... workout really hard,, study basic physiology and anatomy,, maximize what God gave you,, then come back here with a strong knowledge base from which to launch your inquiries

The pic on the left is me three nights ago, and the pic on the right is me about ~8-10 years ago, and I still haven't tried AAS I should add at least not for 1 or 2 more wks*. That is a real plateau my friend! And is part of the reason I'm moving on to the sauce. Anyway, we're not saying wait till you plateaued 10 years, but you'll get results if you work out and eat better, not even perfectly.

There is no way that you are doing all you can in the gym and at the grocery store / kitchen. Once again tho, I know you'll do whatever you wanna do...also keep in mind that you don't need to lose muscle to lose fat (although some diet too hard and end up doing that), and you don't need AAS to build muscle without losing fat. In your case especially, they will be very closely related; building muscle will help you lose fat for sure, as increased muscle ups your metabolism. Anyway...hope you make the right decisions and hope it all works out for you brother:)

****please note that I must come off as being on a high horse constantly reminding everyone that I worked out consistently for 16 yrs natural until the near future, and I'm aware of this. What can I say, I'm proud that I waited till now, it takes a lot of patience...***
