Stats: 29 yrs old, 172 lbs, 5'9 15% BF Lifting 2.5 yrs seriously
Goal is lean mass and strength gains and possibly shave off a percent or 2 of body fat
Previous cycles were Epistane 6 wks, and Halodrol for 6 wks.
Train Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and HIIT on sat.
Have Blackstone Labs Alpha 1 max and RPN Havoc epistane. Supports are blackstone labs gear support, growth, eradicate, apex male, pct 4. Pep nolva
Cycle layout as I have it now:
Wks 1-4 Alpha 1 @ 3 caps e/d
Wks 1-6 epi @ 3 caps e/d
Wks 1-6
Gear support @ 3 e/d
Pct IV @ 2 e/d
Growth @ 3 per night
Wks 7-10
Nolva 20,20,10,10
Gear support @ 2 e/d
Apex male @ 4 e/d
Wks 11-13
Eradicate @ 3 e/d
My question is the epi. I have found cycle layouts that have A1M wks 1-4 and epi only for 3-6, but on my solo epi run I really didn't feel the effects of the epi until week 3.?.? Is my cycle layout too harsh to run the epi all 6 wks? I will be taking extra liver support and other sups just wanting to get a solid game plan before starting this cycle. My diet and training are on point at this time in my life and I have pretty much everything in my cabinet that I will need.
