This will be a 16 week recomp cycle. Current weight is 187 lbs and body fat is 12.8%. Hoping to finish at or below 10% and at or above 205 lbs (this was my pre-corona weight, so is a very conservative goal).

16 weeks:
Test E - 250mg every 3 days
Deca - 200mg every 3 days
HGH - 6iu per day, 10iu per day at 8 weeks
Insulin - if needed at higher HGH dose
Cycle Support - 4 caps per day
TUDCA - 500mg per day

Weeks 1-6:
Anavar 20/40/60/60/60/60

Weeks 9-16:
Winstrol 50/75/75/75/75/75/75/75

I pinned the first round of T yesterday and the first round of Deca today. Will take the Anavar with lunch and hit the gym this afternoon.

I'm through the first week. I'm 4 lbs up, but guessing that's all food, as I've greatly increased my caloric intake.

I injured my knee, which was already not playing nice, so no cardio or leg day since Tues. Hopefully it'll be healed up soon!

I'll be doing blood at 8 weeks, but will add exem and caber this week.
 
At 194, but slightly higher body fat. I'm not sure how much I trust this inbody scale, because I'm noticeably more lean! Strength isn't up, but pumps are starting to get insane! I did a very light leg day yesterday and hit my back hard. It was pumped for two hours! Really loving this stack guys! Excited to see what the Winny brings at the end. I'm hoping for maximum dryness!
 
How do you tolerate those doses of GH? I get serious carpal tunnel at like 4 iu

I have joint problems already and take support year round. I'm guessing that is what keeps me from experiencing that side. I've not had issues with MK either, other than anxiety.
 
I made some changes this week. I'm currently doing:

This stack is wild! Winny fixed the dick problems, or maybe it just sorted itself out. Waking up rock hard and able to smash again. I'm going to start 5mg/day Cialis for this week. I'm getting good pumps, but I'm losing steam after an hour. I tend to super-set everything to maximize my gym time and it's catching up with me! 5 days of training per week, resting Mon and Wed.

The important stuff:

Did my 4 week InBody scale measurement and I'm up 4.3lbs of lean muscle, down 1.2% body fat! That's not super impressive, but I had to take twelve days off to nurse my injury!

This is my second day on 5mg Cialis and I'm still dying way faster than I think I should! It's like the glycogen just isn't there. My strength was increasing, but now it's not. Pumps are good. Maybe more weight and less reps? I'm getting 4,000-5,000 calories per day and very little fat. Mostly carbs and ~200-220g protein. What can I do to replenish the glycogen?

Superdrol? Lol but for real isn't most of superdrol mainly glycogen build up?

I still have a lot of time left in this cycle. I might do SD for the last 3-4 weeks if I can't get this figured out. I'm sure that'll work.

I'll try moving my calories up and eating more carbs, but I already feel like I lift, eat, sh!t, and sleep. How do the strongman guys eat 10k calories? Dirty af?
 
My theory is they hate it no matter what and just make themselves eat it. Plus a healthy dose of THC would probably help

Haha, you are right there. Unfortunately, I gave that up years ago.

Maybe you are eating too little fat

I went from 9-10% body fat up to almost 14% during corona. I've been so focused on cutting the last few months, that I legit didn't consider whether I'm getting enough to bulk during this cycle. I've been avoiding fat like the plague!

I'll add some olive oil and Smucker's Organic PB. Thanks! 😃

Not much to report this week. Weight is holding pretty steady. Strength went up, but endurance has now been falling off pretty dramatically. I'm going to keep an eye on my blood sugar this week to make sure I'm not having any problems with insulin resistance from the GH. I'm packing the calories in as best I can, but my stores are drying up much quicker than I'm used to!
 
Started getting some joint pain, mostly in my hands, so I've cut back to just 3iu of HGH/day. Strength is increasing, but endurance still seems to be dropping. It might be partially because I'm not getting more than 5-6 hours of sleep and it's definitely not quality time.
 
Ugh, my sleep is sh1tly low too. Im sure its not helping te gainz. Dunno about you, but I sleep fine, just not long enough.

My Oura ring has me only getting an average of an hour of deep sleep. I think the big problem is that I'm most in wake and light sleep during that 5-6 hours. I started taking melatonin, but then I'm really out of it in the morning, so I stopped that. I have some Xans lying around. Might try that if I can't get it sorted naturally.

Late, but in.

3-400mg of magnesium per night if you aren’t doing that already. Year round for me. Helps improve sleep, helps prevent muscle cramps, helps improve neurological output for strength, helps you stay more regular with bowel movements, and most people’s diets are insufficient to meet needs.

Mag glycinate is the best form for sleep.

Taking exogenous melatonin in the doses normally sold kills your endogenous supply rapidly. Since it has a short half life this gets you to sleep but doesn’t keep you asleep well. I have seen evidence that micro doses of ~0.3mg pre-bed will actually promote greater endogenous release instead of suppressing it, so if you want to play with it by 1mg pills and quarter them.

I dropped back to 60mg yesterday and starting to feel a bit better. If it doesn't come good I'm going to throw a bunch of SD down my throat and ride it out as long as I can through the end.

Sd isn’t going to do the appetite favor if Winny is killing it
 
Finally remembered to do the InBody today. I'm up to 198.6 lbs at exactly 9.5% body fat. This ranks me in the top 0.7% of peeps measured and I'm super pleased with that result!

4 more weeks to go. I'm gonna stick it out with the Winny. I'm feeling good at 60mg/day. My appetite came back since dropping to 60mg so I see no reason to finish on SD.
