I am developing a sore lump, but just in one corner or one breast, I've had this issue before on cycle so safe to say gyno? just odd its only in one part of the nip and only one nip, but they aren't puffy or anything.

See an endocrinologist. It's not "safe" to say anything as we can't diagnose you via the internet, especially since none of us here are physicians.

Yeah, if you have the financial means to do so, go to a specialist. I had to try to attack gyno with clandestinely-acquired knowledge and a bunch of little dropper bottles. It got a lot better, but I still have a small lump at the bottom of one nip which has hardened.
I have to assume that a doctor could have saved my ass, but I decided to just save up for the surgery. That way, I won't have mammary glands at all and won't have to worry about it any longer. Insurance doesn't typically cover that anyway as it is considered cosmetic. From how it sounded when I did have insurance, you basically have to be diagnosed with male breast cancer to have insurance pay for that op.
