Bronkaid for loosing weight?

Jonathan's meal of the day -

Take two 6 oz cans of tuna - drain them
Take half a can of wolf brand 99% fat free turkey chili
Mix them in a bowl
Cover the bowl with a paper towel
Microwave for one minute

Instant warrior chili!!!

This will net you approx. 450 calories -- 80 grams of protein -- 16 carbs(6 of which are fiber) -- 7 grams of fat.

The chili is really good at masking that tuna taste that gets old quick. Enjoy!

Are you trying to go up in weight. If so you are probably in the wrong place to section to ask this. If you are trying to lose weight, wtf are you doing eating 3900 calories. I'm 194 really lean, and eat on average, around 2200-2400 day. If you are trying to lean up, drop calories to 3000 and stay there for a week or two....see what happens. High protein - moderate carb - no processed foods or sugars.

no i'm trying to gain not lean up. it was a 10lb in a month mass gain thing from muscle and fitness. i was getting off topic. doesn't seem like u can maintain at 194lbs with 2200 cals a day. after burning off a lot during exercise you'd be well below 2,000.

Don't know what to tell you other than I am leaning up and keeping muscle.

I'm not trying to maintain, btw, I am cutting.

Hello everyone..new here and I'm excited about the site. Seem like a wealth of good information.

I know this is kind of a stupid question but what section in CVS/Walgreens can I find Bronkaid?? what it be in the vitamin section? Ive been looking for ephedrine base product since the ban!! Thanks!

It'd be in the pharmacy itself, the prescription counter. Just walk there and ask for it, you'd need to provide your driver's license or ID, though. And I'm not sure if they sell to minors, if thats your case in anyway.

Thanks!! Appreciate the response...One other question, are the other active ingredients harmful over the long term?

As I said to an earlier poster here, if these are some of your questions you would be doing yourself a favor by researching a little further on the subject. Maybe search here on this board for keyword ephedrine or so.

It's not an easy compound on your body and you do need to take breaks and make sure you're not going overboard. It's a very powerful stim and can cause a good deal of problems when overdosed and it will shut down your receptors if taken for a longer period of time.

Most use it for a month tops, and those who go for over a month add benadryl at night after the first month if they plan on taking it for 5, 6 weeks to help out the receptors.

Flawedgrunt is someone with a great deal of experience in this and he helped me out a lot with some questions I had, maybe search for some of his posts on the subject, but overall I'd say do some further reading before entering the first Rite Aid you see and picking up a pack of these bad boys. If taken correctly, ECY/A is a great fat loss supp, but they do need to be taken correctly and you need to know what you're doing.

Best of luck bro.

Actually i did do some research on here..And specifically, I was asking if the other ingredients in Bronkaid have any effects long term..I didn't really see any info on that, I may have overlooked a thread or so...

I do have lots of experience with ephedrine..I used ripped fuel, diet fuel, and a lot others from 97' until it was banned. I know how, when and the dosages of the stack..I just didn't know I could get ephedrine through Bronkaid...

There is no other stack in my years of working out that shreds like this combo and I'm excited to have it again!! Already purchase my stack and ready for my run in the morning!!:wave2:

Thanks for the input bla55

Will, welcome to the forum! You are definitely correct when you say this forum is a wealth of information! I learn new things everyday from the great members here!

Anyways, there isn't much harm to be done from the other ingredients in bronkaid or primatene. The only side effect is that its a expectorant so it will make you cough stuff up!

Good luck bro!

Thanks for the response FlawedGrunt!

Well I just got back from my first run (5miles). My concentration level and endurance is definitely up!! I felt like Forest Gump..Just running and running! lol. Cut my time down by 6mins and I know I can do it faster...It feels like old times..I hope to get down to 215 in a month, will see...

I tell ya other fat burners have nothing on this stack (I was using lipo 6 as of late). Again thanks everyone for the info!

Good job on the achievements!

I gotta say you should make your goals pretty easily in a month. Hell usually when I run eca I lost 5 lbs in the first 4 days due to my water weight coming off asap

you mentioned lipo 6... alot of times people actually run lipo 6 with ephedrine to make it a ephedrine, caffeine, and yohimbine stack... and me tell you my friend... ITS INTENSE for taking off fat... I love doing it but I also enjoy my workouts on an empty stomach I can't take yohimbine and ephedrine all at once on a empty stomach... (Ive actually puked on myself on my way to the gym in my car once hahaha) but alot of people can actually handle it... just not me! hahaha

Keep up the good work!

Yea lipo 6 and ephedrine sounds like a intense combo but plain eca stack is cheaper! lol I felt pretty good with 25mg of E, 200mg, of C and 81mg of A..I may up the caffeine a bit..I let you know my results..Later!

I still have yet to find any science behind the "benadryl clears the receptors" argument.

I know about ketotifen and its ability to upregulate B2s...however, I haven't seen studies that postulate why ketotifen has this MOA, and I have yet to find anything that generalizes the effect to H1R blockers in general.

Does anyone have any information on this?

Also, about aspirin. I'm not sure if this is why the A got added to the ECA stack, but aspirin acts as a weak mitochondrial uncoupler in animal studies. Hell, my board review books even put it in as a "mitochondrial uncoupler" alongside DNP.

I thought Aspirin worked as blood thinner? Is that ocrret?

I thought Aspirin worked as blood thinner? Is that ocrret?

Aspirin inhibits the enzymes cyclooxygenase 1 and modifies the activity of COX-2. These enzymes are responsible for the conversion of arachidonic acid down the prostaglandin pathway. The prostaglandins are responsible for our "inflammation" symptoms, such as pain, fever, swelling, etc. By preventing AA degradation down this pathway, you have the general therapeutic effects of aspirin (and other NSAIDs)...anti-inflammation, anti-pyretic (lowers a fever), and analgesic (reduces pain). This pathway also produces both clotting and anti-clotting factors (thromboxane A2 and prostacyclin, respectively). Low dose aspirin is thought to inhibit TXA2 formation moreso than it inhibits prostacyclin, hence the anti-thrombotic effect of "thinning the blood" so to speak...what its actually doing is reducing the body's capability to make a clot by reducing the pro-clotting factor more than the anti-clotting factor. This is important in conditions where clots are undesirable, like post-MI or post-CVA.

How "thinning the blood" has any effect on fatloss is beyond me. However, do a google search, there are plenty of studies on aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) uncoupling oxidative phosphorylation in hepatocyte mitochondria. Uncoupling oxphos would be akin to how DNP works; it makes ATP production a more difficult process by buffering and transporting protons through the inner mitochondrial membrane when they aren't supposed to. In essence, it wastes energy. Apparently (I haven't seen case reports on it, though they could exist) high dose aspirin can actually cause a fever due to its uncoupling abilities. I'm not sure what kind of dose that would require, and that high of a dose would have a slew of detrimental side effects.

The Lipo 6x (with the mutli-phase capsule) didn't do anything for me as well, but the original Lipo 6 give me a pretty good boost instantly...

I took the ec stack for a week loved it until, one night at like 10pm I could of swore I was having a heart attack, I was ready to call 911. I've never experienced anything like that before.

I hate when my weight gets loose. I prefer it to be tight.

Anyone wanting to go the Benadryl route for receptors, try taking walmarts sleep aid brand, has 50mg of the same ingredients without the pain in the wallet buying Benadryl will cause. Cheaper in price and works the same

I've heard of this but I've never actually tried it myself I know people who use it with saw palmetto who say they have great results

Does Benedryl have an effect of upregulating the receptors ephedrine hits? I have heard of this with stronger compounds like Clen, but not with E. I'm open to learn something new!

I think the Benadryl thing is a myth. I've looked and can't find any studies/data demonstrating a relationship between diphenhydramine and beta receptor up-regulation. I also don't fully understand the alleged MOA for how it would work. It doesn't make sense (to me).

We do know that ketotifen works, but it has many other effects which may not be desirable.

Apparently DHEA can help up-regulate beta3's, but I need to do more reading on the subject.

Making sure you're getting enough Magnesium and Zinc, in particular, will help.

I'd love to hear more thoughts on this. I'm just beginning my research.

I can't find anything on Benadryl and beta up regulation either, only that it does nothing for it.

I know someone who tried ketotifen once, and he told me he felt hungover every morning after he took it the previous night. That's enough for me to stay away. I was not aware on magnesium and zinc, however. Thank you for that heads up.

Ephedrine's half-life is so short, there is no down-regulation - See Examine.com "Does Ephedrine Need To Be Cycled". There are 6-12 month studies showing continued effectiveness. Clen is 26 hrs.

That explains y i needed 8 bronkaid in 1 day . Whats the normal clen doses ?

Whats the normal clen doses ?

Start at 20mcg and only bump up when you feel its not working - 2 weeks max then 2 week break (I never used Ketotifin). Protocols are all over the place though. I've heard guys like Skip Hill say A. They only like low dose 20mcg before fasted cardio, and that's it, and B. The stuff may be killing heart tissue. Look into Albuterol instead. I only use Clen topically now with Eviscerate/VasoBurn.

It kills heart tissue? F-uck. I just bought some 40mcg Pharma clen...
