So 60 tabs 25 mg Ephedrine (bronkaid) vs Primatines 8 bucks(plus coupon) 60 tabs which are 12.5mg a piece. So with primatine you would take 2 to equal the standard dosage of the "e" so thats like 8 bucks for 15 tabs which is a 5 day supply (if using it 3x/day). But whichever you want to buy Vasopro,primatine,Bronkaid they do the same mechanism. Just don't overdo it.

I'm at 3 pills a day, so for a month supply I'd need, so about 2 60 packs. Just wondering so I don't get into any sort of trouble with the "big man" :lol:

And I was reading another of FlawedGrunt's post about the receptors, and he asked how long it's safe to run without busting your receptors. Also read about adding benadryl, anyone has info on that?
I've made good losses on this right now, but I'm nowhere near where I want to be after a dirty bulk. I'm sitting at 230 - 235 after a dirty bulk that got me to 245. I would be with a decent 8 - 10% of fat at 225, which is where I want to get for my shirtless summer and then run another bulk session.
Anyone got insight on that? Couple of months safe? When would I have to take the benadryl? How long do I have to quit for? Is it like steroids, as time on = time off?

Ephedrine HCl is approximately 82% ephedrine by weight.
Ephedrine sulfate is approximately 77% ephedrine by weight.
25 mg ephedrine HCl = 20.5 mg ephedrine
25 mg ephedrine sulfate = 19.25 mg ephedrine

By 5% difference? Clearly enough Bayer (bronkaid) is not going to put a losey ephedrine that does not work. The science behind it all is yes I agree HCL is supperior than sulfate hands down, but as far as how much here is 5% difference. I tried both Vasopro (hcl) and bronkaid. Both work very well in my experiences.
While I have posted this in the past as well and the science and perecentages are there... 25mg of HCl always feels much more effective and potent that 25mg of sulfate. I continue to choose to pay the extra and use the HCl for the reason, several others on the forum say the same thing about HCl feeling more potent... and i doubt its because of a 1mg difference... I think the HCl is just better

I honestly feel its safe... to run E/C for 4-6 weeks, just take benedryl every 3rd week one a night before you go to bed

I do enjoy taking ephedrine and caffeine before my cardio sessions. It increases my running endurance by A LOT. Don't know why.
But I don't like much before lifting, I rather take geranium, because or else my muscles get a little tense.
Flawedgrunt can you explain the benadryl theory on the ECA stack. Thats something I havent heard and yes unemployment sucks a$$. Ha good luck on the powerball ^_^

And I hear you guys about the heart rate, I usually take my EC (I leave the Y out of my pre-cardio dosage) at a decent dose of 35 or 50, with 400 of C, about 40 - 50 mins before the workout. I also wear a heart monitor to make sure I don't go above 180 ever. So far it seems to be going good.
As for the ECY dosage I'm trying your suggestion, which has helped me out on not feeling too jittery. I'm now dosing it 3x a day rather than 2. 35mgE, 400C, 10mgY, 3 times a day. And that's been treating me damn good. I'm always with a good feeling, I don't crash, got energy, not hard on my stomach, doesn't get my heart exploding or anything.
I'm really happy with this right now and it's working wonders. One week from now I'll sneak some benadryl in (did i get this correctly? run it for a week at, lets say, the 4th week? And then go for maybe another 2 weeks with ECY and take a month break?).
Im not 100% on the "logistics" side on benedryl, however what I do know is that with consistent use of a stimulent that attcks receptors after while they will recess into the muscle or the fact like of like a defense mechanism. With clenbutrol it can happen extremely fast like 2 weeks or so and with EC it can happen but takes quite awhile. Anyways Benedryl helps keep those receptors fresh and operating correctly and if you plan on taking EC for an extended time its not necessary to take benedryl every 3 weeks just reccomended to keep things moving along proficiently. Ive ran EC for 4 weeks on without benedryl and been fine but if you plan on going longer id do at least one week of benedryl at night before bed.
Its reccomended before bed cause the shxt will make you sleepy as all hell. And i know its not reccomended to take it for longer than a week but im not sure of the reasoning, i think it can be counter productive.
However if you have the money, pick up some Reset-AD, havent used it myself yet but it has Ketotifen and the reviews for Reset-AD are overwhelmingly good. Alot of guys who said there were insensitive to stims felt like crackheads again hahahahaha
Thats another point, after a week or two of max dosage EC you will stop feeling the cracked out feeling... alot of people think that means its not working... when in reality thats usally when your fatloss is the best. And your first week of EC you should lose a good 3-5 lbs cause of water loss due to Caffeine being a diruetic

Thanks, I'm still trying to get leaner. I'd say I'm probably at the leanest point in my life. It's all about how bad you want it and how hardcore you stick to your diet. I keep a calorie log everyday to make sure I am taking in exactly what I should be.
My GF is getting self conscious I think though. She better step up her game. :laugh:

Anything longer is portrayed as an act of public indecency. As always, there are exceptions to the rule. If you're over the age of 55, as hairy as can be and sit on the machine dedicated of calf raises yet perform 1/3rd full leg presses, then you are allowed to walk around the locker room naked. I've always questioned this logic myself. Although one day I will be there and perhaps then I will understand.

i've always been the type of person to just eat whatevers around because i stay pretty lean with very little cardio. but i just started following a strict diet thats around 3,900 cals a day.. i don't have the exact numbers on me now. but there's no cardio going on in the morning
