Bronkaid and white willow bark (extract?) for ECA

How much white willow bark and bronkaid should I take each day for an ECA stack?

Is salicin the vital component of white willow bark for ECA? If so, then how much salicin should I be looking to take?

If I wanted to halve my dose then should I just reduce each of the doses by 50% or does the ratio change with the dosage size?

I’ve seen a recipe for normal ECA but nothing for the white willow bark alternative method. I could set you the one for regular ECA if you’d like

Why not just use aspirin?

You don't even need it, EC stack is fine without. I'd only take the aspirin 1x per day (81mg) regardless of EC doses anyway.

Start with one dose of EC per day and assess tolerance (25/200). Then add additional doses as necessary throughout the day. No more than 4x per day
