Broken pump bottle solutions?

I have a bottle of ultra eleven that the pump was slow to rebound, today it finally stopped pumping product completely. I tried the trick of pushing out the bottom and applying pressure but that also doesn’t work. Anyone have any ideas?

yeah tried this didn’t help at all.

Tried this this morning and didn’t help it seems more like the pump is defective as it’s no longer rebounding and if I manually lift the pump it doesn’t move any product so nothing comes out

Well last option is to just crack it open and use like a larger dropper.

just to confirm, there is no liquid leaking from the bottom piston (under the bottom cap of the bottle)?

the bottle works on a vacuum, if it's leaking it won't work.

Hey... just recieved a shipment and one of the sustain alpha bottles has a damaged pump. So it does go up and down but no product comes out
