when i ordered pfull for the first time a few months back 3 of my caps were broken. I just waited til the end and poured the powder at the bottom into water and drank the 3 pills. But you are not the only one. I would take it up with whoever shipped it to you personally.
That sounds like a manufacturing issue not a shipping problem
I'm about halfway through my powerfull bottle and so far I've pulled out 8 capsules that are broken and empty...I'm guessing they broke in the container (dusty in there).
has anyone else seen this?
