I'm at it for now. I just been maintaining for now. Getting ready to go on a 16 week bulk in July.

You should try to get towards 13-14 bf % then bulk . The leaner you are the easier it is to get back to it brother.

So even after eating horrible this weekend from my convention for my religion I still had good results! I'm back to the grind and with 25 days left til vacation cals are cut hard and started a hardcore diuretic !
