Breathing Trouble on HGH??

Hello,

Just started HGH (2IU/day, 5 on 2 off). Today is the end of my first week.

I took my 2nd injection at 6:30pm. I went to the gym at 8:30pm. Been keeping carbs low for 3 hrs after I take the injection.

I did a couple leg machines and then hit the stair master for some HIIT. When I did the first interval of the HIIT, I felt strong, and didn't breath heavy like I normally do at the end of the 30 secs, but then on the slow time, my breathing crept up on me and then I seemed to have trouble recovering like I normally do, I wasn't in danger, but it was definitely abnormal. I got off the machine and chilled for a bit. I then got on a bike and did standard cardio (152 BPM's). At first I did have trouble with my breathing a bit but I felt fine. I then adapted and everything was fine.

Is this normal??

I have done cardio earlier this week with no problems.

Any ideas? The last time I took caffeine/yohimbine was around 6pm. And I felt normal(not overly energized) when I went to the gym.

If you have any posts/references regarding this issue, please link me.

Thanx,

Peter

Bump, I too want to know the cause of this.

If there's any chest pain, could it be due to high blood pressure? I read that HGH excess can trigger it although 2IU/day is quite small.

I only say that, because I had elevated blood pressure when I was taking IGF with low food intake. Hope people with more knowledge can shed some light here.

Hey man,

Thanx for the reply,

I did eat low calorie today . .especialy low on carbs. I have been keep carbs VERY low for the 3 hrs after I injected. This was the case tonight. I also went to the gym. But I was sipping on extend throughout the day.

Not sure about blood pressure, but after the incident on the stairmaster, as I did normal bike, my heart was up by +8-10 bpm's from usual activity level. I checked several times to make sure that is what I saw. I never got dizzy, no chest pain, no numbness or anything, but the breathing made me very nervous. I did find a a link which lists breathing trouble:

< can't post link b/c I have < 50 posts . . boo >

* GOOGLE: "trouble breathing HGH" - first site, at bottom just above listed references, "other side effects"

I also found this post. Read the 2nd reply, but this has to do with Arginine/Glutamine used to induce GH pulse:

I am just a bit nervous as this is my first hormone I have ever taken, so I am a noob, but I have a ton of knowledge/experience on supplements. Never had something like this with any supplement.

If anyone knows anything please post. In the meantime, I will continue with it. If it happens again, I'll probably stop and discuss it with endocrinologist.

Thanx,

Peter

UPDATE:

The breathing was NOT caused by the HGH. Today which is one of the off days, I took 100mg of DHEA, and I got the same problem. Again ,it's not that i am in danger, just feel like i am lacking breathing . .sort of like when you take a bunch of GABA.

I will conclude my breathing was not caused by HGH.

Sorry to scare anyone, but this is good news. Want to make sure I added it back to this post for other people searching.

I am not sure you can conclude that your breathing problems are not from the GH. Gh causes an increase in Angiotensin converting Enzyme which is responsible for helping to increase concentrations of Angiotensin II. This increases vasoconstriction and Aldosterone production (which further causes fluid retention) overall both aid in increasing blood pressure. Also cardiovasuclar function and endurance is futher reduced because of the significant blood flow caused by the GH and the lack of blood outflow caused by the increased angiotensin II. Overall.....GH is not great for cardiovascular endurance IN THOSE SUSCEPTIBLE TO GH INDUCED INCREASES IN ACE. The best solution is to take an ACE inhibitor with a diuretic at a low dose and build up until the problem resolves. Start at a low dose and maintain as low a dose as possible to create the desired effects. Also to test out this hypothesis I would suggest taking your blood pressure multiple times per day and especially for the next few hours after exercise.

I have taken it for severals days, I only had one issue which was that time.

Yesterday, I took 50mg DHEA, and this was my off-day from the GH. I got the same effect . . it felt like when u take a lot of GABA, but I didn't feel in danger.

You never know Beef....it could be anything....but what I posted above is the main cause of breathing/endurance/water retention problems with GH.....keep experimenting and see if you figure anything else out.

Yeah, you may be right.

I haven't gotten it since the last time I posted in here. Like I said, I don't feel in danger, just would like to know WTF.

Thanx for the post, I did look up the ACE thing, but they are prescription.

Right now, I just plan to not workout within 2 hrs of an injection.
