I'm strapped for time in the morning and basically sick of this shake:
1 scoop protein
1/2 cup oats
1 cup mixed berries
I feel hungry about 30 minutes later too.
Would this be same/better breakfast?
2 cups non-fat choc milk
get to work (30 minutes later)
1/2 oats cooked
1 banana
