Break from DMAA

Hi guys ....so I am taking a beak from DMAA after finishing two tub of mesomorph. I was wondering should I take DMHA product like kracken during break or completely non dmaa, non dmha product during break...cheers

IMO I think it would be the healthiest choice to not exceed 8 weeks of DMAA or DMHA based stims.

I agree with the time off both For sure. Arc reactor has been really good. Also been on a quake 10.0 kick lately. Still has a good caffeine punch but the pumps and endurance are on point.
 
It's a very minimal and basic product. I would choose something else tbh.
 
I would go the complete non DMAA/DMHA route. Instead use a PWO like SuperPump MAX, Quake 10.0, or C4 Ultimate instead during the break
 
I am on DMAA and DMHA break. I am using Quake 10.0 and Super Pump Max. I might go for stim free Pre like Quake stim free for couple of weeks before i get back to DMHA/DMAA.
 
I myself would actually go on a stim break.

I would say just take a break and jump on a non stim and non dmaa product like high volume or something to give yourself a break then jump back on dmaa afterwards.
 
damnnn i feel bad cause i havent taken a stim break for litterally like 2 years

I haven't really either even though I should. Meso still hits me hard every time and I don't get any real side effects
 
I would look at a pump product like pump juice from muscle research. It has some caffeine for the energy levels but focuses on nonstim ways to increase energy levels. Gives the break from DMAA and still gives the great workout.

I agree, Quake 10.0 works pretty well. I also like both purus labs condense and the new muscle marinade
 
Agreeing with the masses that taking off both extreme stims is the way to go. Even going totally non stim would be better.

If light stim, Focus XT is a good choice as it has the noots to support strong focus and mental acuity along with a decent stim boost to help prevent total withdrawal. If you want to go no stim, there's also the caffiene free version too
 
any recommendation for non dmaa or dmha products?? mr hyde or Sidewalk Kraka may be ?

A break is a good idea. Try Hyde, Stimul8, Max Out, SuperPump MAX, High Volume
 
i still feel that pre hits me hard just wondering what i could be potentially doing to my cns

Agreed. It's always better to be on the safe side. A break is in my near future
