Key Returners - Drew Weatherford, Lorenzo Booker, Antone Smith, Greg Carr, DeCody Fagg, Buster Davis, Tony Carter.
Well the key is we have a qb with experience, two good running backs, two solid wr. Our defense is depleated from last year, but FSU usually is solid even when new waves come in. So I am not too worried about that, Myron Rolle and Lawrence Timmons should be studs this year. If Weatherford can throw less INT's this year along with Booker and Smith actually getting some yards, our offense should move the ball pretty easily. Our schedule sets up nicely this year, with Miami and UF being our hardest games as usual. The FSU-Miami game will be ugly as usual, first game of the season makes no sense if you truely want to see two top teams duke it out. But after UM nothing really jumps out EXCEPT the NC St and Maryland games. Those teams are never spectacular, but are good enough to knock off a top team if they aren't prepared. So I see those as possible trap games. But then its smooth sailing until the big game, FSU-UF. I think that FSU will take it this year, UF doesn't stand out to me, as their offense is difficult and unproven in top conferences. FSU is finally gaining experience with their younger talents and should being to blossom this year. If we can get past UM, I see us playing the Gators with 1 loss, but zero is a high possibility as well. Although our team is still pretty young, we should be a championship contender. Especially with a weak ACC schedule this year. I am sure ton of you will disagree, but hey its always fun to argue over whos team is best and who will beat who. GO NOLES!!!
