Day 10

Cardio.

Well today's been interesting. I've been off work today so had a lye in. Got up necked my Osta and rubbed in some formeron. I decided to go light on food today in anticipation of my cardio. Also I went shooting this morning and I find I'm a better hunter on an empty stomach!(It's like I can smell my prey hiding from me!!). The land I was shooting on today is part of a large valley. I was up and down that valley, crawling, stalking, climbing. It felt great! A good work out in its self. Soon as I got back I had to sort my garden, it's the first cut of the year and I needed to tidy up the debris from our storms this winter. I flew around the gardening feeling on top of the world. Then I had a quick cup of tea and went for my run. The run I was on today is a 3 mile Roman road. It's just goes up and down and up and down! I blasted through the run with relative ease. Soon as I got back I grabbed the dogs and got the misses and kids to come for a walk(Back on the roman road). While they were walking I was jogging backwards and forwards(So I didn't lose them) with one of the dogs. I did the whole road like this. So basically I had a six mile jaunt on the roads today! Not long been back and I've just eaten 4 scrambled eggs on a piece of wholemeal toast. I did put salt on my eggs today, I was really really craving salt. It must be the sweat loss from running.

Anyway you can see how busy on my toes I've been today. All I can say is that I feel like I still have a full tank!! I've got bags of energy today!! I think this stack is really starting to kick in now! Happy days!!
 
Hey Mystere3.

I'm considering stopping the Formeron and saving it for PCT. By what I've read it would make a perfect pct @ 1-2 pumps a day. While I'm enjoying the combo I can feel it drying me out. I do like it but I think this will serve me better in PCT. There's certainly more studies backing Formeron than something like Erase.

If I did this do you think I could get away with using it as a stand alone in PCT i.e no need for a test booster??

That should leave me with roughly 4 weeks left for a PCT cycle.

Also it's a good gauge to see if I can handle Osta as a stand alone. If I experience any estro sides while on it at least I can jump back on the formeron.
 
I'm already planning my next osta cycle lol. So I hoping to get straight back on after my 4 weeks PCT. I might add something else into the mix. Any suggestions? I think I'm still going for a steady bulk.

Xgels, anabeta elite, dermacrine, cissus or forskolin come to mind.
 
Day 11

Even God allegedly rested on the 7th day. So if it's good enough for him(Maybe her who knows) then it's good enough for me!!

I've got a meal out tonight so I'm going to hit the food hard today.

I woke this morning and had my usual porridge started. Then had a doze! Upon Waking again I've had scrambled egg whites on 1 piece of wholemeal toast with a pear and banana. Hopefully square away either a steak for dinner this afternoon or if not that I'm having some fish. I am being good with my food so hopefully this will translate well with any gains I make on cycle.

My back is a bit aching today from a busy day yesterday so I think this rest and food is needed today.

I have stopped using the formeron today and I'm going to save it for PCT. I may get hold of some DAA to use with it seen as it's cheap anyway.

As far as sides go I still have nothing to report. I'm not expecting much now in the way of sides. This over all is a slow burner. I am experiencing some mile effects as previously stated but other than the increase in appetite it's all very mild. Strength is on the up quickly and my endurance is better. This is definitely the Osta as I know my body and its capabilities.

I'm already planning my next cycle. I'm starting to buy my stuff in now. After my 4 week PCT I will be back on the osta but probably at 30mg daily. I will buy some more Formeron to use in PCT also as well as an array of testo boosters and maybe a decent N.O product. I will also use creatine throughout.

I have let this cycle take it's own course. I had no particular plan when I started, I wasn't going to change my diet or training and I was going to see what happened. Naturally my system has demanded more food during this so far and also my body has asked me to increase the volume of my training. I cant explain this but it is simply listening to my body. At no time have I put myself out or felt that I'm over doing it. This has just been the natural progression of things. I'm looking at heading towards a recomp/slight bulk from Ostarine. if I can keep my gains lean then I will ne happy with a 2-5lb increase in LBM from this cycle. Hopefully I can keep these gains throughout my PCT and then gain another 2-5lbs in my next cycle. I think an 8-10 lb in LBM increase by june would be great!! If this treats me well I will continue the cycle pattern throughout the summer and possibly have a good few months off during the fall and winter.
 
Day 12

Chest and tris.

Great work out. Had a spotter today so went mad on bench press. Did about 6 sets. Felt really strong, hit 115kg for a couple and six supported and negs. Went back down to a plate either side and burnt out on 20 reps. Had insane pumps. It kind of burn my tris out a bit for dips but managed 3 sets with a 10k then a 15k DB between my legs for 6 reps. Did some mill press, by now my tris were singing, so kept it at 15's. Went on to tri pull down, skulls and then burn out on pec dec. Felt awesome guys. I had pumps for about 2 hours afterwards.

Definitely kicking in, it's still slow so I cant wait for the 3 week mark.

I'm Weighing in a 79kg today. So I'm actually down 2 and a bit lbs so far. This wasn't planned but it seams to be heading this way now. Losing small amouts of weight but strength up. Even though I'm eating like a horse??

Going for a run tomorrow.

Rest day.

Went out shooting. A good few miles walked. But alas a rest day still!



Day 14

Legs.

Awesome day on legs. Everything is going up and even hit an old PB on ham curls today. really chuffed. Strength is really on the up. Everything felt solid today. I'm up on reps and on weight.

Mystere3 or any other followers, I'm still losing weight. This has only been the last couple of times I've weighed in now, but I'm eating like a horse and eating clean, I guess I need to eat more lol. I don't use supplements, I get all my nutrients from whole foods. Any advice?? should I get some more calories??

A typical days food atm-

5am- Porridge and banana with 1 pint of water.

7am- Carrot and apple

9am Mixed meats - chicken breast, sometimes hams, beef ect. I eat a good portion.

11am Pear and celery

12:30 Mixed Meats (aiming for around 30-50grams of protein) and fruit(generally strawberries atm) and some broc.

14:00 2 x boiled egg and rice(Wholemeal), I try to get some mixed nuts in to at this point.


16:00 Gym

17:00 Meat(today was salmon steak) Green salad and rice.

19:00-20:00 Porridge then bed for around 20:00-21:00.


I steady drink about 1.5 ltrs of water at work. Then when I get home I drink about a pint.

As far as sides are concerned I still have none to report. Just a general sense of well being. Especially in the gym.

Tomorrow I'm going to rest as I think too much cardio will have a negative impact, I don't want to lose weight if I can help it.
 
maybe you have a pump or its the lighting or something but your pecs look a lot fuller than the 1st pic
 
Now I know it's only subtle but this is the first time I've had to compare the two pics. I think I look less loose now.
 
Well I did legs today. Are you saying the first pic i.e before??

The lighting is a bit better in the one today and less blurry.

I did go mental on chest on monday and my pecs are sore to touch today.

Today is Day 16

Arms and Back...


Today was a slow starter. I wasn't feeling the usual euphoric feeling lol.

I started with lat pulldowns. I stuck it on 70kg and pulled it for ten. Just a warm up. it felt heavy and I thought to myself, I'm going to struggle today for some reason. I went to 80kg and went in another 10. Then 90 then 100kg for 8. This I felt was nothing out of the ordinary, I've certainly handled more with ease. I even started to question whether my gear was legit.

Anyway I stayed on the pull down cable and went to close grip bi pull downs. I don't know what happened but suddenly the power kicked in. I pulled 90, then 100 then onto 120. That's the whole stack. I found it easy. I've pulled that easy before 18 months back. So I added a 5 plate and ripped it up. So I added another 5 plate and ripped that too! That is only 10kg of a PB for me. The only reason I didn't add another 5 was because I had by now done 6 sets and wanted to move on. I Imagine next week I will be back to my old PB on that exercise. I'm very happy with that indeed.

From there I moved onto shrugs(BB) I moved up to 160kg doing 2 reps, so quite happy there. Again 6 sets! I'm definitely feeling the Power and endurance by now.

Then I hit some rows. I decided to go for volume so I stuck on 65 and went for 10x4

Then onto cleans. I like cleans. While not much of a muscle builder I like the power it induces. Low wait I just worked up to 15kg plate for 6 reps X 3

Then 3 sets of inverted grip Ez bar, low weight 20kg in all for 15 reps X3

Then onto Cable bis (Both) don't know what these are called in the game! 5 sets. Unsure of the weight as it's unmarked plates but I was on 6 plates either side by the end of it. That's up a plate since last week. All for 10reps.

Finished up with Bi curls on the Dbs. I just used 15kg and went for burn out. x 3.

Great work out all in all. Most core lifts are up and reps are up. Volume is increasing nicely.

No reports on sides. I don't feel any shut down. No Bp issues, no spots. Nothing. Just feel good.

After Chatting on here with Mystere3 I decided to up my Post workout meal. Rather than go for a Protein supplement. I have nothing against Supps but for me as a fan of food with the ability(Currently) to eat like a mule, I've decided to stick with whole foods. Post work out meal today was Sardines and scrambled Egg on wholemeal toast, with butter(I know, naughty me)....
 
Day 19


Chest and tris.

Good session today. Nothing too big tho. Had a spotter on Bench. Strength I think is up a little from last week. I think it's time for me to change to incline bench for a few weeks as I was disappointed in the lack of progress today. No worries tho. I've had a hectic few days in work so I think that doesn't help.

Shoulders are definitely getting stronger, no PB but still good and strong. I was doing a seated mill press.

Dips were good. Had a 20k swinging between my legs today for 6 reps so that's up a little from last week.

Tri pull downs are up a 5 plate, still a good 10k off my usual. Over the head rope pulls I just went low weight and high volume.

These are just a few of the bits and bobs I did today.

Didn't have that fantastic feeling today, felt I was going through the motions a bit. I'm gonna change things up next week and hopefully the progress will get going a bit better.

Day 21(Yesterday)

Legs day.

Went really well. Felt the power. Squats are going up nicely but still shy of any PBs. Legs are leaning out nicely. I hit a PB on the Ham curls tho so I'm very happy so far. Suffered some DOMS in my legs today for the first time in ages. In a masochistic way I've kind of missed these!!

I'm lining up my ducks now for my PCT and I'm planning on going straight back on another Osta cycle afterwards. While it is a slow burner, I am getting somewhere good. I've lost aqround 1.5 maybe 2 kgs on this cycle despite my ravenous appetite. I suppose I was suffering from a above average BF so this is welcome. I have recomped quite well on this. So while the scales are down I'm convinced my LBM is up.

This is going to be a long term project done over a few cycles. I'm happy to do that at my age. So wham bang thank you mam for me no more.

Day 23

Back and arms.

Another productive session.

All lifts are up since last week. Did 3 sets at 100 kg on lat pull downs for 7. Moved onto close grip pull downs at 120 for 4 sets of 6. Then seated rows(Cable) at 85kg for 4 sets of 8. Then onto shrugs. I worked my way up for a 1rm of 220kg. Then onto cleans using an olympic bar with 17.5kg plates either side, 4 sets of 8(Quite happy with that). Then onto inverted grip ez bar, low weight hight reps( I really wanted to pum the fore arms today) The I did some Bi cables and standing curls all for 3-4 sets in the 10 rep range.

Really felt good today, very progressive. Seeing some good veins now in my arms both during workouts and also throughout the day.

No sides to report.

Quick question for the followers.

I Have purchased some DAA. I'm planning on running that with the Formeron at 2 pumps a day for PCT. Being that the form is slightly suppressive, will it interfere with the test boosting properties of the DAA. Would it be a waste of DAA??

I've probably asked this before.....But alas I keep coming here checking on my phone.

Opinions would be welcome on this guys??

If you run Formeron at two pumps a day you shouldn't have a problem with suppression. I ran it a 4 a day and felt fantastic with zero I'll effects when I got off. Just do 1am and 1 pump pm

Just bought another two bottles of Formeron and a bottle of O-BOL and shed loads of DAA.

I think I'm gonna start bathing in Formeron! :)
 
Playing catch up a bit here so.....

Day 25

Chest and tris.

Went heavy with low reps today.

I forgot to change things up in the gym so I did flat bench again rather than an incline. This was a shame as my strength is stagnating a bit on flat bench. So I did a few sets and moved onto Incline.

Generally I felt good on everything else, hard to gauge as I really need that change up now.

My tris are definitely getting stronger and leaner. And the pump I'm getting in the gym is great. My forearms look massive in the gym! They look like slabs of meat joints from the butchers. Getting really vainy too!

All in all the progress is good. I feel the effects of the Osta leveling out now. I don't really feel anything from it now mentally. Physically strength is good but it's not super human compared to what I'd expect naturally. Don't get me wrong it has increased my strength quicker than what I could have achieved naturally, but now even that I feel is leveling out now. I wouldn't mind bumping the Osta up to 30mg at this point. I think I will in my next run. I'm going to leave this one be so I have a base line gauge of how my body deals with Osta.

No sides effects to report.
 
Day 27

Finally caught up with myself haha. This was today!

Legs..

Well I know I said things seemed to be le3veling out with the Osta. However my legs are going from strength to strength. Infact I think this is where I have seen the most improvement from this run. I'm thinking my chest days are lagging only because I should have changed my routine maybe 2 weeks back when it started to lag...Anyway I digress

Went for higher reps today on legs. Had about 6 sets on hack squats and ended up pushing 320kg for 6 so I'm very happy so far. Not a PB but I know I wouldn't be there without the Osta.

So all in all a great leg day.

I am glad I have decided to save the Formeron for PCT. I have had no obvious estrogen sides from running Osta despite my BF being slightly high and also having suffered gyno in the past. I have suffered zero flare up what so even, not even a slight tickle in the nips. I have two bottles of Formeron so basically I have enough for 2 full decent PCTs and some left over I should imagine.

A question for any following. How high do you think I could run Formeron in PCT? I'm aiming for 2 pumps but there's a bit of me that would like to benefit from the Anabolic effects of the product. Anyhting to help me keep my osta gains!

You can always taper your dose for forma say start at 4 pumps drop to three then finish at two but be careful. At 4 pumps a day that bottle goes quick.

Day 29

Arms and back.


Good session. I've changed thing up for now. So I went for reps. I've switched bars on my pull downs with slight grip changes. I'm doing cable rows with a pull down bar, I'm still doing inverted close grip pull downs, BB shrugs, Bar bell bi curls. I didn't do cleans.

Felt generally good today. It's difficult to gauge as I was experimenting a little today, but I had a couple of solid lifts and one hell of a pump. The veins in my arms in the gym these days are great!

Day 32

Chest and tris.

Again today was a chop and change. I went for reps in the 10 range today. I've changed from flat bench to incline, BBshoulders to Db's, Using ropes on my tri extents, Db flys and I gave the decline hammer strength a bash.

All lifts were ok, but I did struggle, I felt washed out as hell today. I don't know what it is. Maybe it's work. I definitely didn't take enough water with me to work and spent today quite dehydrated. But still not a bad session.

I have 13 days left of this cycle.

No sides to report.

Yeah I'm happy with that.

I will see how this week pans out. Got legs tomorrow, legs is always a good sign of strength. I will be interested to see how having no Osta impacts my recovery. I noticed a slight increase in recovery while on. Nothing Major though. Normally legs days leave me hobbled for at least two days afterwards.
 
I finished my cycle and started my Formeron and DAA PCT.

All in all it's been a good experience on the Osta. I'm definitely doing it again after PCT.

I'll start with the pros.

- Increase in strength.. I felt this pretty much from the first week. it did level out in about week 4 for me. I suppose everyone is different.
- Leaned out. This is the most apparent. While my weight has pretty much remained the same the recomp effects, while not fantastic are obvious from my pictures.
- Increased well being. Again this happened pretty much from the off. It also levelled out around week 4.
- No crushed libido.
- No major sides.

now the cons..

-Very mild. even more mild than I expected. I honestly think I could easily bump this up to 30mg.
- Slight suppression(I think!!) This is an interesting one guys. I have not posted in here for a week or so, I havent kept this thread up to date. The last week of my cycle I have noticed slight testicular shrinkage. So small amount I had to wait a few days to see if it was just a false alarm. However I'm day 2 into my PCT and I still have slight shrinkage. Fingers crossed I recover fully quickly as I want to keep the gains I have made.

I will keep popping in here to let you know how my PCT is going and also to give a heads up for the start of my next run.

The way I see it is even though I have gained no weight, I have definitely increased LBM. I will most likely continue to use Osta as a supplement to m,y regime. I'm more than happy to spend 6 months getting the physique I'll be happy with and I'm confident Osta can do this.

To the guys who have followed and advised me along the way, thank you for the support! I would be happy if you guys to help advise me on what to stack with my next osta run to help me lean bulk more on the product!!

I was using their trest asa short bridge afetr using Olympus Labs trest and def felt some strength losses. maybe it was just a bad leg day but i think I noticed visual effects too.

Would be very pissed if brawn products are bunk as I have planned o-bol for pct (along nolva)

I heard gohard say that their m1t or sd was caught by finnish customs and they discovered it was dhea.

Again, this is what I heard. Sucks, because I always thought powermyself sold good ph's in the uk(brawn seemed to replace dragon nitrition wich was commenly accepted as legit)

maybe he can chime in GoHardOrGoHome but it def sucks because i bought their trest,epi and obol. Luckily I got me some OL trest and Epi and put brawn back on the shelf.

Yeah I thought that Powermys. sells good things only and too bad I found out too late that they have now OL on stock.
