30-40mg a day is the sweetpoint dosage for epistane. I'd try to find rpn havoc from a board sponsor on here that starts with a p. Make sure you got a pharma serm lined up for pct

For my first cycle it worked with as little as 20mg just fine. Noch I would always choose 40mg or more.
