My wife. MenopauseThere are a lot of different things that can contribute to brain fog - long Covid, post concussion, prescription medications, stress, anxiety, etc.
Do you happen to know or think you know what's causing yours? That may help some offer suggestions.

Thank you. I will read up on these supplements. Appreciate itWe have had some really good feedback from females on Mood Support XT helping with brain fog related to menopause.
Sabroxy XT would be a good addition as it works through a different pathway.

Great & thank you for that info. Thats important to know. I’m pretty sure on my wife’s side there is no history of cancer from what I know atleast. I can def ask her to confirm that’s for sure It’s a shame so much great stuff out there and some of it has such bad side effectsIt's pretty great. Good clean energy and focus at 20mg.
If there is any risk or history of cancer however, avoid. Two university studies showed it increases metastasis.
Yes especially with the peptides as most of them are quite new, and without extensive studies. I think Dihexa is better used as a "when needed" significant performance boost - for work or complex tasks. Feels healthier than the stimulants most doctors prescribe for daily use, but I would start with the actual vitamins and supplements like that of SNS to raise her baseline cognitive ability and wellbeing.Great & thank you for that info.
