Brad Pitt's workout.. Who asked?

i heard arnold had a stunt double for a few of his shots in T3.

There are a couple scenes in that movie where he has his shirt of and looks really good, nearly as good as he did in T2 but not quite as large.

I know he used to do all his own stunts, but year I heard he used a double for a few scenes in T3.

it wouldn't have went well for norton to be beefed up in fight club. kinda contradictory to the role.

I completely agree, but he hasnt been that jacked since...

They juice a lot of actors. Nick Cage when from a skinny little biotch to a solid looking SOB in Con Air. :

That was the film that inspired me to get off my ass and lift some weights. :nutkick:

On the brad pitt workout, i think it's bull. Like when you see in flex "Do Ronnie's bicep workout!!" it's just made up by some geek sitting at a computer.

Usually in high school you get the opportunity to make some choices and what a difference it would make if you had some insight into the damage caused by trying to "fit in" and suppressing who you really are.

I so totally agree man.

Did anyone notice how Demi Moore's face (and body!) changed when she did her stripper part (I forget the movie's name)... Anyway I saw the androgenic signature on her face at that point. The little muscles at either side of her mouth started sticking out more, kinda. You know what I mean.

I think the hollywood crowd stopped doing the facial surgery thing a while ago. Look at the actors who are in their '40s today and compare them to the top hollywood actors who were in their '40s 10-15 years ago. The apparent age difference is HUGE. I think they're on permanent hGH or somesuch.

Yeah, i see what you mean but i didn't mean that you can't learn from what a pro does in the gym, just that what you see presented in a magazine or website isn't nesasarily the actual workout they do.

There was a rumor going around about her using Clen/Var/GH when getting ready for that role.

anyone know how long pitt had to get ready before the movie? and reynolds... 2 years is a long damn time to get to his size with the right diet and trainers that he could afford. in van wilder, he was still pretty ripped... you know the part where tara reid is leaving his room and he's posing nude and she gets wet lips looking at him through the window... god that part gives me a boner:ntome: :D haha, j/k. and in "buying the cow" i'm pretty sure he was pretty cut as well. not denying the fact that they probably did, just saying for some it *may* be possible.

oh yeah, fight club is bad fuggin ass.
