Customer service at its finest. And Im having an actual 4 day weekend. One of the guys at the fire station owed me a day that I worked for him, so he worked for me today, and no part time days scheduled. So im off till Monday.
 
Lol. How bad is it that I keep seeing if theirs a new number to beat. Bc I know I'll give it another go. And how's this for funny. I'm gonna get e these knees another devastating squat session from which they'll b fd up for a cpl days after in order to get a product that helps fd up joints lol

I personally think that its outstanding! I for one have realized that although I have come so far in my efforts to have that "iconic" look, that so many of you are so far ahead of me, and my SQUATS definitely need some work. I have a leg day planned for Monday, And Im going to see where I am. I highly doubt I will see 20@225, but who knows. You guys are encouraging me to be better!

It's like the first time you got to play with a girl's boobs when you were in school.
