BPS: What are you made of?

Stayed home this morning with a migraine. It was pretty much gone so I thought I might try this out. At 20, my head was really starting to pound again so I think I should have waited till tonight to try this. I'll get the video up later.

note to yourself, when you believe the MG is gone, wait another 2 hours and then wait some more. Do not do any activity that will raise your BP for at least 6 hours

Yeah, I hate em'! Wake up and feel like your head is going to explode coupled with nausea. Can't stand up because it's that bad so crawl to the bathroom to get medicine with your dog thinking you're playing with her but you can't really do much more than push her aside. I'm just glad it only happens 3-4 times a year. I really feel for those that have em'all the time.

poor dog. lol, I will lay on the floor to stretch my lower back or put the tenz unit on it and they think I'm down there to play with them.

My wife gets them some times. she figured out about 5 years ago soon as it starts to jack with her vision she takes her meds and they never get too bad.

I always seem to get them early morning and wake up with them. Kinda like a bad night out at the bar where you got in a fight but don't remember anything and all you know is your head hurts like hell and you gotta puke. Lol!
 
You guys ready to find out week 4? If so.... youll have to wait for Alpha, and hes gotta take ALL of his pre workout supps and then go to the gym. Might be a bit.

I go to the gym for a killer leg shoulder and trap session and come back 2 pages behind lmao what I miss did someone announce what week 4 competition was or something ?
 
Weighed 163 with clothes and shoes, holding my phone to record it. Got 30 reps at 165 (not to failure), but know I could do more on a better day. I'll post up the video later.

THE CHALLENGE:
As we've said plenty of times BPS Titan and myself are here to promote growth and back you guys up we want you to push yourselves farther every day and as you all know we are behind you. So in these following weeks we want to encourage you guys to improve and better yourselves, which is the reason for week 4 we are repeating week 1s challenge 135lb barbell bench press for reps but this time we're not asking you who can rep out the most , were asking you to beat your week 1 self , so the winner will be who added the most reps to their first video.
Let's say the champ thorsdad31 gets 100 reps (just giving you guys an example) that means he improved by 35 reps and that will be his "score" for week 4. Who improves the most will be named the winner so you guys have the challenge that will start Tuesday the 22nd at 12:01 am and end Monday the 28th at 11:59
But for now let's see some fuccing squating !!!!!

When I joined AM I struggled to get up 315x3 and today it was easy for me to get to 8 always remember wherever you are at, you're improving and it's something to be proud of
 
Ill try this weeks but I doubt my shoulder will allow 190 for very long. Ill be here for motivational support though!

2nd that one. Use a hoodie. I see guys in the gym using them all the time if you are sensitive. LOL

I wear a hoody or thermal for first few sets. Just to get a sweat. Then I strip it off when I go heavy.

I'm gonna try and get fifty. I knew I should have taken it easy. Lol
